Join our Dynamic Team as a Sales Executive for Amani Hair Couture (Pt) Ltd.

This is a remote role as we are an e-commerce brand based in Cape Town. You will be required to attend monthly in-person meetings and regular virtual meetings with the team.

Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including beauty salons, spas, retailers, and independent beauty professionals.

2. Actively engage in lead generation activities to expand our client base and achieve sales targets.

3. Provide exceptional customer service by offering product recommendations, conducting product demonstrations, and addressing inquiries or concerns.

4. Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of the beauty industry.

5. Collaborate closely with our marketing team to develop sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and innovative ideas to drive brand awareness and boost sales.

6. Regularly analyze sales data, identify potential growth opportunities, and provide insightful feedback to optimize our sales processes.

Requirements:

1. Previous sales experience, preferably within the beauty industry is required. Knowledge of beauty products, trends, and customer preferences is a strong advantage.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build lasting relationships with clients.

3. Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

4. Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.

5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate reporting and timely follow-ups.

6. Tech-savvy individual comfortable working with CRM software, spreadsheets, and other sales tools.
