Warranty Policy

At Amani Hair Couture (Pty) Ltd, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every hair system we create. Each unit is carefully constructed, inspected, and packaged with care to ensure you receive a product that meets our premium standard.

Because we stand behind the integrity of our work, we offer a 30-Day Craftsmanship Warranty on all premium wigs purchased directly through Amani Hair Couture.

1. Warranty Coverage


Our warranty covers manufacturing and craftsmanship defects that may occur within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered or installed by an approved AHC stylist.

This includes:
• Loose or poorly secured wefts due to stitching errors
• Unusual or excessive shedding caused by faulty construction
• Balding lace appearing within the first 14 days of use (unrelated to chemical or heat damage)
• Lace or cap issues directly linked to factory defects



2. Warranty Exclusions


This warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by incorrect installation, tinting, bleaching, plucking, or cutting of the lace
• Normal wear and tear (including tangling, shedding, or minor lace fraying)
• Heat damage from styling tools above 190°C
• Damage from improper washing, product buildup, or heavy oil use
• Alterations made by third-party stylists
• Issues resulting from improper storage, sleeping without protection, or poor maintenance

Please note that human hair is a natural product and minor variations in colour, texture, and pattern are normal and do not qualify as defects.



3. How to Submit a Warranty Claim


If you experience a qualifying issue, please notify us within the warranty period by emailing info@amanihaircouture.com or WhatsApp us on 0765790171 with:
• Your full name and order number
• Clear photos or videos showing the concern
• A brief explanation of how the product was used or maintained

Our quality team will review your claim within 3–5 business days and may request the unit be sent back for inspection.

If the issue is found to be the result of a manufacturing defect, Amani Hair Couture will, at our discretion:
• Repair the product, or
• Replace the product with the same or equivalent item

If no manufacturing fault is found, the item will be returned to you as is.

Shipping costs:
• The client covers the cost of sending the item to AHC.
• AHC covers the return shipping once the warranty claim is approved.



4. Processing Time


Approved warranty claims will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of inspection or final approval.



5. Extended Warranty Option (Peace of Mind Plan)


For extra protection, AHC clients may purchase an Extended Warranty Plan within 7 days of purchase.
This plan extends your coverage to 90 days and includes:
• One complimentary wig laundry service
• Priority repair or replacement handling
• 10% off future wig revamp services
