When will my I get my order?
Our processing times are as follows:
- Individual products (retail and wholesale), items such as bundles and closures: 1-3 business days.
- Standard wigs: 2-5 business days
- Custom wigs are processed and shipped within 3-10 business days.
Domestic orders are usually delivered within 1-3 business days after processing, depending on your delivery location. Please read our Shipping Policy for more info.
If the wig doesn't suit my face, can I send it back?
All sales are final and due to hygiene and sanitary purposes, no exchanges will be granted, please see our Returns Policy. Please feel free to contact us via WhatsApp to request a free virtual consultation and a member of our team will be happy to help you find the most suitable unit for you.
Can I pay off my order?
We have various payment methods available such as PayJustNow, MobiCred, Lay-Up (Lay-buy) Payments, RCS Store cards, Debit or Credit Cards or instant EFT. All options are provided to you on the Checkout Page. Please feel free to WhatsApp us if you have any questions.
What is the difference between HD and Transparent Lace?
Transparent Lace is a standard Swiss lace that durable and can be well disguised for a more natural looking wig. HD Lace is currently the thinnest, most delicate lace on the market and requires minimal effort to disguise and blend into your skin for a seamlessly natural appearance and as such, is more expensive than Transparent Lace. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, our international shipments are done via DHL and domestic via The Courier Guy. Please see our Shipping Policy for more info.
Can I collect my hair?
We don't currently offer a collection service, unless agreed otherwise via direct communication however, we do offer instant order deliveries via Uber Package/Package Moto in and around Cape Town. Instant deliveries are subject to product availability and can be requested on orders placed before 13:00 Monday - Friday (excludes public holidays). Please contact us via WhatsApp on 072 558 2826
